Pectoral Workout:

* Bench press – 8 to 12 reps 5 sets
* Incline bench press – 8 to 12 repetitions, 5 sets
* Cable crossovers – 10 to 12 repetitions, 5 sets
* Dips – 5 sets to complete failure
* Dumbbell pullovers – 10 to 15 repetitions, 5 sets

* Snack 1: Lean beef with brown bread OR Cottage cheese with brown bread

And not by increasing reps but by pushing yourself to lift heavier weight and eat a lot of proteins and complex carbs.

2 hours after breakfast:

2 hours after lunch 1:

A very crucial factor is speed, you must move from one exercise to the next within at most 40 seconds.
